Work description
Fareham Borough Council (FBC) own approximately 2,430 properties, including bungalows, houses, and blocks of flats and maisonettes. FBC will need to carry out external redecoration & cleaning of the entire stock. The intention is to carry out this work over a SEVEN year period.
