Provision of Residential Based Care (Winter Pressure Beds)

A direct award is required to extend contract provisions in order to facilitate hospital discharges and prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, The Council needs to continue to use 8 beds to ensure they are appropriately positioned to be able to quickly access residential and residential dementia beds at times of need
