Highways England is seeking the provision of services to produce revised Requirements and Advice Document\(s\) \(RAD\(s\) \. The new document will supersede all or parts of the following Design Manual for Roads and Bridges \(DRMB\) documents as denoted below; 1\. TD 9/93 'Highway Link Design, \(All\) 2\. TD 70/08 'Design of Wide Single 2\+1 Roads, \(All\) 3\. IAN 149/17 'Existing Motorway Minimum Requirements' \(Part\)
