## Description

The University of Plymouth is looking to procure works to carry out remedial works to a grade 2\* listed church that has been converted into lecture theatres\. The works will involve repairs to the external building fabric as well as internal repairs and decoration\. The existing HVAC system is also planned to be replaced within this project\.
