GB-Epping: Provision of bed and breakfast accommodation to homeless persons

Epping Forest District Council is carrying out a Light Touch procurement exercise to seek suppliers to help achieve the Council's statutory duties to provide temporary accommodation for homeless applicants, to fulfil our duties under Section 188 and/or Section 193 of the Housing Act 1996.

Estimated total value of this requirement is in the range of £0 - £600,000.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
