## Description

Refurbishment and reconfiguration of Levels 1 and 2 of the Mandela Building to provide IT classrooms, teaching studios and photography suites\. Flooring and decoration\. Framework call off to 1st ranked contractor under NE5 Medium Works Framework Agreement EFM2049NE for schemes between £1m and £4\.1m
