Teynham Parochial CE Primary School - KCC Framework PSSC for completion of RIBA Stages 3 & 4, including planning submission

Description

To enter into NEC4 PSSC for the design and build services including RIBA Stage 3 and 4 inclusive, including planning application/consultation assistance. The services are required for: A new 2FE primary school to replace the existing 1FE school. The need for additional pupil places will be realised in September 2025. Scope includes new 2FE primary school including nursery, demolition of existing school, alteration to car park and likely construction of a new MUGA subject to planning.
