## Description

To enter into NEC4 PSSC for the design and build services including RIBA Stage 3 and 4 inclusive, including planning application/consultation assistance\. The services are required for: A new 2FE primary school to replace the existing 1FE school\. The need for additional pupil places will be realised in September 2025\.
