Town Centres/High Streets Deep Cleanse before 31st March 2022 The deep cleanse of the following town centre / high street locations: o Oldbury: Church Street traffic island \(Oldbury Ringway\) to Jack Judge House, and Birmingham Street \(including Unity Place\) to junction with A457 Birmingham Road\. o Rowley: \(Black Heath\) From Archer Way/Long Lane Junction, to Market Place traffic island, to Birmingham Road/Henderson Way traffic island\. Market Place traffic island to High Street junction with Regis Road\. o Smethwick: High Street from Fenton Street, St Pauls Road and High Street to South Road o Wednesbury: Lower High St/Market Place The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal\.
