## Description

1\.1 Lancaster City Council \("the Client"\) invites Tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a cleaning services for council housing flat communal areas\. 1\.2 The core service currently includes: • There are 111 blocks of flats within the Council Housing stock, comprising of 3 High-rise, 105 Low-rise and 22 deck-access blocks of flats\. The blocks are located in Lancaster, Morecambe, Heysham, and Carnforth\. • Tenders will be sought in 2 Lots: 1\. Mainway; comprising 3 High Rise blocks, 11 Low Rise Blocks and 4 Deck access blocks; on a weekly cleaning frequency\. 2\. The rest of the district; comprising 94 Low Rise Blocks and 18 deck Access blocks; on a monthly cleaning frequency \.
