Project Vento - New Build Ice-Cream Kiosk Building in Lytham St Anne's

In October 2023 a planning application was submitted for a new build ice-cream kiosk building, proposed to be sited on Stanner Bank in Fairhaven. The decision for that application is anticipated to be made in January 2024. This expression of interest briefing document and standard selection questionnaire are being issued to create a short list of contractors, so that the tender can be issued to the chosen shortlist immediately following any successful approval outcome is reached.
