## Description

The turbine is to be located near the former coal staithes at the NW area of the site, at an indicative position identified as suitable for a 'medium' turbine in a recent LPA constraints mapping exercise using GIS\. Some micrositing will be required\. Cogeo have previous knowledge of site and local area with VENJ project\. Demosntrable experience of successful onshore wind turbine planning success in other areas\. Direct award via NEPRO3 Framework
