Tendering invitation for solar panels, heat pumps & alterations

Description

Old Basing & Lychpit Parish Council wishes to reduce the carbon footprint of its 3 buildings. The work includes a solar panel array of approximately 6,000 kwh and a battery management system of approximately 10,000 kwh on a workshop to feed an office and ancillary rooms. It also wishes to install an air source heat pump for heating offices, to remove existing heaters and adapt the existing installation and install controls to more accurately serve its needs for space and water heating. Finally, it wishes to install a heat pump to heat a domestic building and hot water system, adapt the existing and remove the existing gas boiler.
