Staffordshire University is leading the development of the Staffordshire Advanced Materials Incubation and Accelerator Centre (SAMIAC). The aim of SAMIAC is to stimulate innovation, product development and growth in advanced materials in the Staffordshire region. A key element of SAMIAC is the development of a research, prototyping and innovation laboratory workspace for which we are seeking to purchase a Particle size analyser system. This system will be used by staff and companies to measure accurate data of their material research, and its target use will be by paint, coatings, and ceramics industries for quality control testing.
