## Description

This project entails the following: - 1\) Refurbishment of 1970s building currently allocated to the Lancaster University Management School \(LUMS\) to provide cellular offices on B & C floor and teaching space on A floor\. 2\) Extension to create a new hub link 3\) External works including drainage and demolition, bike store and bin store\. The scheme is proposed to be procured utilising the JCT \(2016\) form of traditional contract\. The works are valued at 12\.19 million
