## Description

The Forestry Commission \(The Client\) wish to commission a Principal Designer and Contractor to develop detailed designs\. The designs are based on the current developed conceptual restoration plan \(reference 1\) and to construct/implement the designs on the ground and to fill all roles pertaining to the Principal designer and contractor under the CDM 2015 regulations\.
