Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to provide maintenance repairs and redecoration works at Roman Theatre, Maidenburgh Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1TT.
