Work description
Wandle requires a delivery partner to provide expert support in managing day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance services, developing a Target Operating Model (TOM) and associated business case, and leading the de-mobilisation of existing arrangements and implementation of an efficient and effective in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO)
