## Description

Arts Council England \(ACE\) is seeking a research supplier to help the organisation to understand and articulate if and how the arts and cultural offer within a place can attract and retain individuals and businesses\. This will be achieved through a mixed-method approach, to include quantitative and qualitative research with the public and business leaders\.
