## Description

We need to upgrade the BMS for the main passenger lifts in TS\. The BMS is from a company called Kone, so they are the only ones could upgrade the system\. We will need a waiver to use Kone's services\. The alternative will be ask the contractor we have on board but they will have to use Kone, so the cost will be Kone's cost \+ the % mark-up of the contractor\.
