BSH/HGW/Portway Park & Ride Rail Station Implementation Agreement

Description

Approval is sought to enter into the construction phase of the Portway Park & Ride Rail Station \r project which is being delivered by Network Rail. Network Rail to undertake all design and development work for this project up to this point and as a public body they have undertaken all relevant procurement processes for this project. Network Rail is the only supplier able to deliver these works given that it is rail infrastructure.
