## Description

Approval is sought to enter into the construction phase of the Portway Park & Ride Rail Station \\r project which is being delivered by Network Rail\. Network Rail to undertake all design and development work for this project up to this point and as a public body they have undertaken all relevant procurement processes for this project\. Network Rail is the only supplier able to deliver these works given that it is rail infrastructure\.
