T0019 Environmental advice to operations and major projects

Highways England SES Environment Group requires technical support to meet current high workloads on the group. Highways England has entered the second RIS period, which significantly boosts environmental ambition of the business. SES EG is currently not resourced to meet internal demand. Specific objectives of the commission would be; - To provide technical support and additional resource to the SES Environment Group and ensure that there is sufficient resource to meet the current workload in Environment Group. - Provide high quality and timely technical advice to delivery directorates of Highways England. - Ensure that internal Highways England processes are followed by delivery directorate
