## Description

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for lawful business monitoring consultancy and software\. This was a direct award via exemption due to urgency caused by the requirement to meet the HMICFRS recommendation and delays caused by an anticipated framework agreement not proceeding as expected\.
