Framework for Fixed Term and Flexible Energy Contracts

Gas and Electricity Framework for the University of Leicester who are setting up a framework for supply of half hourly electricity, flexible gas and non-half hourly electricity on behalf of themselves, Loughborough University and Leicester District Energy Company Ltd. The contents of this document are to provide such details, as suppliers may need to take part in the process of bidding through the use of a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation.

The framework will begin on 1 October 2018 for a maximum of a 48 month period.
