Appointment of Engineers to work alongside IDPartnership in developing the masterplan and developing the designs and layout for the neighbourhood centre up to RIBA Plan Of Works Stage 3. To carry out design and engineering work for a new 45 bed assisted living scheme as part of the Scotswood Community Hub / Neighbourhood Centre, located within The Rise.
