## Description

Introduction The Kent Integrated Dataset \(KID\) is one of the most comprehensive health and social care data sets in the country\. The KID has won numerous awards as part of the Kent Integrated Pioneer Programme\. We are using it to generate an evidence base to support system modelling by identifying the economic, efficiency and effectiveness of individual services, and being able to assess the relative benefit of services compared to one another\. The KID is hosted by HISBI who are part of Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust\. http://www\.kent\.gov\.uk/social-care-and-health/health/health-policies/kent-integration-pioneer One of the key challenges for the KID is to unlock its potential for front line clinicians, so we are procuring a partner to work with HIS BI\. We have reviewed the market and know there are several providers out there who offer off the shelf solutions, with ready-made dashboards tailored to our needs\. This notice is to let others know of this opportunity, who we may not be aware of\. Requirements We are therefore looking for a simple, high quality product with the following functionality\. Core functionality - Compliance with all NHS Information Governance standards - Web based access and secure log in - Quick mobilisation and training for users and super users - Online web access anytime - Cloud based system accessible from any computer - The dashboard functionality must enable all clinicians to use it quickly and easily to review patient data whilst multi-tasking with other clinical roles throughout the day - The ability to see top 100 patients in terms of risk and spend, as well as drill down to the individual patient: - A simple presentation style that shows the real-time journey of patients through the care system and across providers, with associated times, cost and activity - A risk stratification tool with flexible variables to allow each local area to adjust risk criteria according to local approach - Additional scope to build bespoke dashboards included in the price - Clients will include all local care systems \(IACOS/ MCPs\), CCG Finance and Performance teams Support What will really make this product work is a can-do organisation, who can be responsive and has high quality technical and analytical staff to provide personalised support to each local area\. Mobilisation As the data is already within the data warehouse we would expect the provider to achieve a 6-week mobilisation process Contract envelope We are only interested in talking to bidders who can offer a competitive, high quality package\. Up to £75K\. Future We are currently going out to the market via the Lead Provider Framework \(LPF\) to procure commissioning support services\. This contract will be for 12-18 months prior to letting a new contract with an LPF provider for commissioning support services across Kent CCGs\. Additional information: Next steps Please contact us as outlined above to express your interest before 5pm on Tuesday 4 April 2017\. There will be a market engagement session for you to demonstrate your product with clinical leads, IACOs, MCPs and CCGs \(March\)\. Notes This notice is published on behalf of NHS South Kent Coast CCG \(the Commissioner\) by its procurement partner NHS Commercial Solutions \(NHSCS\)\. This notice does not commit the Commissioner to undertake any subsequent procurement process for the service\. Participation or non-participation in any early engagement does not entitle, commit, or disbar any provider from participating in any subsequent procurement process for the service\. Any subsequent procurement for the service will be advertised separately as appropriate\. Any provider wishing to participate in any subsequent procurement for the service will need to respond to any subsequent notice as appropriate\.
