## Description

The works are required to remodel the existing school buildings and support the expansion of the school to provide new school places for key stage 2 pupils\. The works will involve demolition of part of the school building and the modular construction of a new building to provide an additional hall and library space\. The works are to last for a period of 41 weeks \(3 weeks mobilisation and 38 weeks construction\)\. It is proposed to use a JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design 2011 \(ICD 2011\)\. Prior to contract, the design of the works will be taken up to RIBA Stage 4\.
