Point of Care Testing Equipment and Associated Consumables for the Sunderland NHS Health Check Programme

Description

The Council is seeking a Single Contractor to supply Point of Care Testing equipment to support the delivery of the Council's commissioned NHS Health Check Programme, which consists of the following components: • Provision of equipment and associated consumables to enable the analysis of cholesterol and HbA1c testing • Provision of ongoing quality assurance arrangements for equipment provided • Provision of training for each practitioner delivering NHS Health Checks
