Work description
Commissioning of a research project with the aim to gather an understanding of child sexual abuse (CSA) perpetrator behaviour in end-to-end encrypted environments (E2EE). The research will be crucial in furthering Ofcom's understanding of the landscape of the harm and accurately develop measures under the Online Safety Regime.
