Mid Devon District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor/ Consortium to deliver a construction contract for new dwellings in Beech Road, Tiverton, Devon. Included within the contract provision will be the associated external works, landscaping and drainage in accordance with the Employers Requirements.
