Provision of Consultancy Services under a call off contract on the following topics related to the Water Industry PR 19 Review •Company performance issues and investment pressures in the water industry. •Ofwat's methodologies used at previous reviews and current Ofwat proposals. •Price review processes in other industry sectors.. •Interpreting Ofwat and water company proposals in terms of potential benefits or risks to customers, in financial or service terms. •Focus on the implications for customers when looking at any of the potential issues we may raise under this call off arrangement. •Analysis and advice on the wider issues (e.g. Ofwat policies that apply to all water companies) or more detailed issues at individual water company level.
