## Description

County Hall Estate Management Further Competition under the FRAMEWORK \(RM6168\) Crown Commercial Services REFERENCE NO: PL0357 LOTS COVERED: Lot 1 This opportunity is to support Worcestershire County Council \(WCC\) with the disposal of its former County Hall site\. We are seeking a suitable experienced Chartered Surveying Commercial Agent to assist us in taking the site to market, including obtaining pre-application advice before marketing\. The site is a 21\.97-acre \(8\.89-hectare\) site comprising approximately 215,000 sq\. ft GIA of buildings, located on the edge of Worcester City\. The site adjoins a Local Nature Reserve and Ancient Woodland and benefits from good motorway access\. We believe this is an ideal site for a residential-led development, with the potential for alternative uses on part of the site, subject to market testing\.
