## Description

Design and Build a new 4-storey teaching accommodation block including a main entry point to the Hopwood Hall College Cam-pus in Rochdale town centre\. Works also include, external works, car park amendments, demolition of existing Blocks B & C and the entrance foyer, as well as limited remodelling of Block A following the demolitions\.
