Tender for Legal Advice

The University’s Governing Body is looking for a provider of independent legal advice; this tender exercise will therefore identify a suitable firm with experience in higher education, able to provide independent legal advice to the Governing Body, as and when required.

The scope of the contract will be independent legal advice primarily with regard to employment law; other categories of advice which may be required from time to time are:

• charity law • commercial agreements • corporate and governance legal issues • property law • banking and financial services law • environmental law • tax and insurance law and pensions legal issues • IP & IT law

The deadline for completed tender Questionnaire submissions is Tuesday 31 May at 10am.
