BAH Endoscopy - Provision of a Quantity Surveying Consultancy Service

A Quantity Surveying (QS) consultancy service is required for the Bishop Auckland General Hospital Endoscopy expansion. A QS is urgently required to ensure risk of the entire programme's timeline being affected by a delayed appointment. This urgency became clear after Procurement liaised with key stakeholders from the Estates sub-group; John Cronin - Capital Programme Lead, and Christopher Robinson - Senior Estates/Project Manager, not only may this appointment affect the timeline of the programme, funding for the QS role is also related to the end of the financial year 2021/22.
