You ("Tenderer") are invited to tender to provide the Department for Education (DfE) with technical advice for permanent volumetric modular construction (PVMC).

Tenders are invited from suppliers that responded to and met the requirements of the Expression of Interest (EoI) for these services published 18 December 2024. The EoI was issued to all suppliers listed under Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM 6165 Lot 1 - Built Environment. The DfE's Education Estates Directorate (EED) continually review the standards and assurance processes used to deliver school and college buildings through our capital delivery programmes. This commission is required to see where improvements can be made to current measures by adopting best practice and learning lessons from previous PVMC projects to ensure we continue to deliver buildings that provide an excellent learning environment
