In accordance with a number of European Directives on the energy performance of buildings and the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2007, the Council / other organisations are legally required to produce a valid energy performance certificate \(non-Domestic EPC\) every time housing properties are to be let to a new tenant or sold\.
