Architectural Services for Whiteacres and Dilkes Wood

Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Architectural team to support its proposal to develop a site in South Ockendon. This phased commission will have three key components. o To achieve a planning approval for a new interim care and older persons accommodation scheme as the initial phase of development at this location, o a master plan for the site to accommodate a range of buildings for care (as above), residential, community and health provision. o The Council intends to retain the Architect as design advisor through to completion of a resultant Design and Build contract for construction of the interim care and older persons accommodation.
