Work description
South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue (the Employer) aim to appoint a fit out/construction firm with the capability and capacity to manage the re-design of several ground floor areas at the Training & Development Centre based on Beaver Hill Road in Sheffield.
Work includes; minor construction, M&E, dry lining, joinery, decoration and procurement/the provision of furniture as per specifications.
SYFR is invoking the right to employ economic operators whose registered office is located within the South Yorkshire region only (DN and S postcode areas). Cabinet Office Policy Procurement Note PPN 11/20.
SYFR is not inviting tenders from companies based outside of the South Yorkshire region.
