EOI for MTC Minor works and maintenance

Description

Edge Hill University wishes to establish a 3-year Measured Term Contract with the option of 1-year extension for the appointment of a Contractor in support of the University's Minor Works and maintenance programme. The envisaged scope of works to take place between May 2022 - April 2025 with an option to extend the contract by a further 1 year. The scope of works will cover both maintenance and minor works within the University's Estate, including academic buildings, sports facilities, residences, commercial facilities, offices, and other University buildings.
