Contract is for the provision of a resource allocation system, review forms and associated services to support Adult and Children's social care services. These systems enable ESCC's front line care assessment staff to undertake statutory assessments in line with the Care Act 2014 ("the Care Act") and to appraise and quantify the financial impact of meeting the needs and legal entitlements of individuals entering and progressing through the care system.
