## Description

The Competition and Markets Authority \(CMA\) proposes to conduct a market study into legal services\. The purpose of this market study is to examine whether competition in the legal services sector in England and Wales \(E&W\) is working effectively for individual consumers and a subset of small enterprises, and – if not found to be working well – how it might be improved\. The CMA’s requirement, as part of the market study, is for: Strand 2 1\. Qualitative research with a subset of small enterprises that have used \(or took steps to use\) at least one legal service in the last year 2\. \(As an option\) Quantitative research with a subset of small enterprises that have used \(or took steps to use\) at least one legal service in the last year
