NOTE: This notice was updated on 17 May 2016 for the following reason: On Tuesday 17th May 2016 a correction has been made within this notice to the description of the batteries\. We have amended/corrected the model of the batteries to read 'GF12 072Y'\.Sonnenschein Batteries\. Northern Lighthouse Board have a requirement to purchase 130 Sonnenschein Batteries\.Model GF12 0727, capacity test at C5 rate to be 10\.2 volts\. Minimum requirements First cycle to be >68Ah to reach 72Ah by fifth cycle Full specification is detailed within the quotation documentation\. This specific model is required for compatability with existing equipment\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
