The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is running a open tender competition for an agreement (the Contract) for 2 Single Storey Rear Extensions (The Works) All details of this project can be found in the tender pack. (The Project).

The 2 Lots will be awarded seperately.

All works need to start within 3 weeks of purchase order

A site visit is mandatory for this tender.

Site Visit Date : Commonwealth Avenue - Thursday 18th May 2023

Site Visit Date : Whitethorn Avenue - Tuesday 30th May 2023 - 8am to 10am

Commercial (Price) - 60% Quality (Technical) - 40%
