## Description

Salford City Council requires the services of a professional event management company or event management individual to manage a programme of events at key high street areas across the city\. This would be focused around a month of events to promote Salford's high streets and encourage footfall in a positive and safe manner\. It is proposed that events will take place over the month of February 2022\. A minimum number of events and activities is outlined below\. The successful bidder will be responsible for pre-event planning, plus on the day event management and delivery and evaluation\. The events programme will be part of a wider Welcome Back Fund campaign, that will include a separate brief for a marketing communications and public information campaign\. Part of that brief will feature marketing assets to promote and support the events programme\.
