The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for drug and alcohol treatment services for adults who are within the criminal justice system\. This was a direct award for a 12 month contract via internal exemption to ensure continuation of a critical service whilst the direction and possible procurement routes for future provision of this service are scoped\.
