Cambridge City Council - Play Area Installation

The Employer wishes to enter into a contract for the installation of four new and improved playgrounds at different locations within the South and East of Cambridge • Alexandra Gardens • St Matthews Piece The 2016-2021 Play Investment Strategy has provided Cambridge City Council with a comprehensive review of all the play area provisions within the City of Cambridge, as a result of which, a number were identified as giving poor to very poor play value. Two specific play areas have been identified in this tranche of works that require full re-design and replacement. One is in the North of the City at Alexandra Gardens and one is in the East at, St Matthews piece It has been agreed that these need to be focused around specific age ranges and criteria.
