HIGHWAY AND TOWN CENTRE WEED CONTROL SERVICE

Broxtowe Borough Council is currently responsible for weed control on highways within its borough. This work involves the spraying, by way of either manual or mechanical means, an approved glyphosate weed killer under the Code of Practice for Using Plant Protection Products (2006), to keeps the hard surfaces free of weed/grass growth. The successful supplier will be responsible for providing this service, liaising closely with the Council's Contract Manager (CCM).
