Expression of Interest for Emergency Accommodation in The Cherwell District

AN OPPORTUNITY TO TENDER FOR PROVIDING EMERGENCY ACCOMMODATION IN THE CHERWELL DISTRICT TO ASSIST CHERWELL DISTRICT COUNCIL TO MEET ITS DUTIES UNDER PART VII OF THE HOUSING ACT 1996 (AMENDED).

Cherwell District Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from parties interested in providing self-contained units of accommodation within Cherwell District for use in an emergency by households who present as homeless.

The units need to be available on a night by night basis and provide furnishings, utilities and other facilities to meet the needs of those who may present in crisis.
